Which is fine, but you have the gear of a fresh 80. You need to grind out 4 piece on your own at the very least - it just doesn't make sense to pull someone in with no experience on a Mage and who could probably do 4k dps in that gear. With the level of gear you have I think you should try Fire for endgame raiding - Arcane can do very well but I think Fire scales much better with a good set of gear. Tanks tend to get destroyed in split seconds in the higher heroics. Click-hit is literally a split second slower. It sounds like you're still a bit inexperienced as a tank in terms of tank mechanics. I think you need more research/practice first before you're ready. Good luck in the future, and when you think you're ready feel free to apply again

We have 2 DK tanks, 2 Ferals, and 2 Warriors albeit one has a bad schedule, so at worst 5 tanks. Your app is super solid, but its really a tank call here.
